Introduction	Norwegian Kelp is a sea vegetable that is also known as Rockweed. It is predominantly found in the Northern Atlantic Ocean. It has been traditionally used for its nutritive and skin soothing properties. Our Norwegian Kelp Powder is harvested in Iceland and dried at low temperatures using geothermal heat to help protect the impressive nutritive properties of this premium quality sea vegetable powder. It is rich in minerals and is especially beneficial when incorporated into bath salts, facials, bath teas, body wraps, detoxifying bath blends and soaps. The powder is tan to light brown in color and is very fine in texture. It possesses a characteristic seaweed aroma that is reminiscent of being on the ocean. It can be combined with other herbs and powders to dramatically tone down the aroma.
