GC-MS Analysis
After the analysis, we will provide you with the total ion flow chromatograms and analytical results of the GC-MS of the chemical components of the n-hexane extract. A variety of substances can be identified by automatic searching and analysis of computer mass spectral libraries and manual analysis of some compounds. We calculate the relative content, retention time, match, and chemical composition of each compound by area normalization.
HPLC Fingerprint Analysis
We used HPLC fingerprinting combined with principal component analysis, which can analyze the chemical components in different solvent extracts. Among them, HPLC fingerprinting has the characteristics of holistic and macroscopic analysis, which is suitable for the evaluation of medicinal plant extracts whose pharmacodynamic substance basis has not been effectively elucidated. Principal component analysis, as a method of data mining, can analyze multiple indicators with no or less loss of information characteristics of the original indicators.
